Overseeing operations, financial planning, and bringing over 25 years of senior financial management and accounting experience across EU, UK, USA, and Asia. Former Finance Manager at Varo Energy (2017-2019), handling complex transaction reporting. Served as Intl. Finance Manager at VON ARDENNE GmbH (2014-2016) and Director of their Hong Kong company.
Joe advises TRION on its cell chemistry and battery R&D strategy, as well as technology innovations and industry demand for new battery products. Joe has extensive experience in battery R&D, including testing, documentation, and validation of new materials, cell types, production support, and research grants. Joe has two decades of li-ion battery experience.
Brian serves on TRION’s Board of Directors and as Vice President of Investor Relations. He has extensive experience fundraising for private & public companies, with over 25 years experience building companies. Brian studied Psychology at McGill University & Business Administration at the University of Alberta.
Dan serves on TRION’s Board of Directors and as Managing Director of TRION Battery Technologies, Inc. He has held several leadership roles in large organizations, as well as in start-up ventures. These include CEO at Clearbakk Energy Solutions, CFO at Mancal Group, and Vice President at TransCanada Corporation. Qualified CPA. B. Mathematics (CA) from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
